Information CollectedTo ensure the functionality of the App, we collect the following categories of data:Personal Data: When you register a profile (including through third-party authentication services), we collect your email address, name, and profile photo.Camera Access: We request access to your device's camera solely to scan hive QR codes and upload photos of your apiary status.Device Data and Analytics: We automatically collect technical information, including unique device identifiers (e.g., Firebase Installation ID), crash data, and app usage statistics to improve the app.Local and Cloud Storage: Data about your hives, inspection logs, and financial statistics is stored locally on your device (using the Hive database). If you use the registration feature, this data is synced with our secure cloud (Google Firebase) to prevent data loss.2. Account Deletion and Data RetentionYou have the right to completely delete your account and all associated data (including your user profile, apiary logs, and photos).In-app deletion: Go to your profile settings in the app and select "Delete account." This process is irreversible and automatically deletes your data from our cloud database.Deletion via request: Send an email from your registered email address to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request."
